I’m a former storm chaser, avid fitness enthusiast, home improvement junkie, and DIY project lover.

Here on my blog, you’ll be able to find anything and everything I feel like writing about. From home improvement tips and DIY project reports to workout routines and interesting recipes. Everything goes (whether you like it or not – I’m not sorry).

After chasing storms for many years, I saw a lot of destruction. Things being torn down, blown apart and ripped up right in front of my eyes. After a while, it really struck a chord with me – I became obsessed with building things, putting them back together, and restoring them to a better condition than they were in in the first place.

That’s how I really came to love home improvement and DIY projects.

But my love of building and rebuilding isn’t that narrow. It also led me to become a fitness enthusiast – I love the idea of building up our bodies, not just the homes we spend our time in. Our bodies are the very foundation of our being. They’re far more important than our mere physical dwellings.

This life has been an interesting journey thus far, and I’m excited to continue it, and to document it here, as it continues along.
